A quick question... if the OB-GYN checks how much dilation you have, you might lose some blood... but how long did that last for you guys? It happened yesterday and I still have light spotting... he said as long as it's not flowing heavily, I shouldn't worry... but I think it's been quite a while that I still have light spotting... how was it for you??

I haven't had any bleeding, but that doesn't mean anything, okay. The mucous membranes in your cervix are extra blood-filled and sensitive during pregnancy, so the tiny blood vessels there can burst easily. As long as it's just a little blood when you wipe and you're not soaking pads, I'd keep an eye on it. On the other hand, you can always call if you're worried. Good luck!
