getting pregnant after a miscarriage

@JEN,

I definitely relate to a lot in your story. We had a miscarriage in April, I took a break for a bit, and now we're in round 3, trying to create a new little miracle together. I'm participating in the NOD round of August 2014, where quite a few girls are chatting too, sharing similar experiences or having no experience with ma(mk) at all. So I warmly invite you to join in the chat there as well

Greetings, Ju or rather MavanMi

    Jen, I've signed up now, so then you have a face to go with it. Greetings, Ingrid

    Hi Ingrid,

    Thanks for your message, but I got a positive test again this morning.
    With strict follow-up by the gynecologist, it should go smoothly.
    I already have a healthy 2-year-old son who came without any problems.

    Congratulations and enjoy it, okay? Greetings, Ingrid

    JEN, can I ask you what the point of Clomid is after a miscarriage?
    I thought Clomid was only to induce ovulation, but it has nothing to do with whether you get a miscarriage or not..
    I'm currently processing my 3rd recurrent miscarriage, last year in July my first, January this year my second, and last month my 3rd.. No kids yet so they've already started the tests.
    I'm curious what your gyn told you regarding that Clomid after miscarriage?

    @Poesh,

    I think you only get Clomid prescribed for an irregular cycle...
    But anyway, I'm not sure, but you'll surely get an answer from JEN...
    Otherwise, just send her a PM..

    Love, Meis and a big hug for you

    Hi poesh,

    For my 2 miscarriages, it turned out that pain progesterone started to drop from 5 to 6 weeks. This was because the ovulation was of insufficient quality to maintain. In this case, clomid is also given to ensure that you have top quality ovulation and progesterone maintains a pregnancy.
    With my miscarriage, progesterone was 19 (which wasn't bad) but now 49.5.
    I also take utrogestan from when I knew I was pregnant.

    Thanks for your reply. I took Utrogestan last time too. We'll see what the OB says.

    Hey Poesh,

    I had to start taking Gyne Utrogestan as soon as I got a positive test.
    It always went wrong in week 5-6.

    Yeah, definitely. I also started taking Utro after the positive test back then.
    But for me, it always goes wrong a week later, around week 6-7.
