I've had really gurgly guts for the past 2 days, but could this also be a pregnancy symptom?
I'm going to test on Friday to see if what I'm feeling is really true.

That’s totally possible! For someone I know, that was the symptom. Her partner just woke up at night because her intestines were rumbling so loudly.
