Pregnancy symptoms but period on the right day

I'm scared that I might be pregnant, but I'm only 15 years old.
I didn't use protection with my boyfriend and I'm experiencing various pregnancy symptoms. Four weeks after our little adventure, I had morning sickness almost every day, with a few days in between where I also had afternoon sickness. In the fifth week, I had to go to the bathroom regularly. I was in a relationship and needed a lot of fluids, so maybe that's why. Sometimes I also have lower back pain. But I did get my period (I think) and on the right day. It's now about 7 weeks since that little adventure.
Is it helpful to take a pregnancy test, or can no one tell from this whether I'm actually pregnant?....
I'm really scared.

Hi there
No one can tell if you're pregnant or not based on described symptoms.
I understand you're really worried, but you'll really have to get a test to know for sure.
If you were really pregnant, the test should be positive, 7 weeks after your little adventure!
