Strange cycle and symptoms

I hope to find an answer to my questions here, and maybe someone else has experienced this too or is going through it.

I stopped the pill two months ago.
During the first month, I had a weird cycle; I was a week late and then had light bleeding, also a bit brownish. You can compare it to the start and end of your period. I had about 8 blood spots over 4 days, nothing more, and before that, my period was really heavy. I tested 3 times and was negative.

Now, I didn't know when to start counting my new cycle, so I just did it from the moment I saw discolored urine for the first time.
So, I could be getting my period starting from the 24th.

Since yesterday, I've suddenly had to go to the toilet a lot. Almost every 15 minutes. But I did have a sharp sting after I went. So I suspect a bladder infection. Same thing today. But yesterday I had a couple of small blood-mucus clumps. And today once, discolored urine (red-orange) on the toilet paper.

I also just noticed this morning that my nipples have become very sensitive and I have tight breasts (I never have this issue, not even during my period). I also have a headache. And this morning I felt a bit nauseous, or maybe that was because I hadn't eaten yet. And I have digestive issues, some diarrhea.

Can anyone give me advice? I'm going to the doctor anyway today. But I think he won't be able to see if I'm pregnant via a blood test yet, it's a bit early.
