Having blood drawn

I stopped the pill 2 months ago. My partner and I are trying to conceive. Yesterday I went to the doctor to get blood drawn because my areola has gotten bigger, and the skin under and around my nipple has turned brown. I also had some popping sensations lower down in my belly on the left side yesterday. I've also had diarrhea for 4 days in a row. My blood test results were negative.. The doctor is having my blood further analyzed to check if I have too many hormones and where I am in my cycle.. I find it weird to have all these symptoms and not be pregnant
