Hi girls,
I had my check-up at the GP yesterday and luckily the little one is doing great in there.
It took a little while to find the heartbeat, but eventually there it was. The GP immediately checked if everything is growing well and she noticed that my uterus is very large for 16 weeks, but luckily that wasn't a problem. This is my 4th pregnancy and now my 2nd child, maybe that has something to do with it. The little one has lots of room to move around, which is why I haven't felt him/her much yet, but she says it will come naturally...
I just made an appointment for the 20-week ultrasound and on April 17th I can come in for a quick check again....
When did you have your 20-week ultrasound or did you already have an idea...

Hi Rian,
That's great that everything is fine!! It always makes you hold your breath a bit when they don't see the heartbeat right away. Mine used to stop for a little while too...
I usually had my 20-week scan around 17 weeks, but I was also under the gynecologist's care twice due to pregnancy-induced hypertension.
