Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests

Hi everyone,
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now...
After a year with no good news yet, I went to the gynecologist.
They did some tests and everything came back normal... She suggested starting treatment with Clomid.
So last month I took a pill for five days, hoping it would finally work. I visited the gynecologist on day 11 and 13, and she said my body was responding well... I had follicles that were ready and she was hopeful...
I normally have a short cycle, 26 to 28 days... When I hadn't gotten my period on day 30, I took a test... negative.
That evening I suddenly got some brown discharge and there was the disappointment again!
I had planned to start Clomid again and called the gynecologist on Monday... the secretary called me back later that day to schedule an appointment for day 11...
But after 2 days I suddenly stopped bleeding...
When I took a test this morning there was a very faint line...
I called the gynecologist... again the secretary... I asked if I could still have an appointment today... but she brushed me off.
I explained my situation (I took 1 Clomid yesterday and don't know if that could affect the test...). She said she would discuss it with the gynecologist... it's been 4 hours now and I still haven't heard back.
Right now I'm bleeding again... but not like usual, it's pink and slimy...
I'm also nauseous and have lower abdominal pain... but I've had that for months straight... my mind is playing tricks with my emotions, pffff.
Does anyone have experience with Clomid? Anyone with experience of starting your period and then suddenly stopping?
I hope the doc calls me back today, otherwise I'll take another test tomorrow morning...

If the line on this morning's test appeared within the time frame, you can cautiously assume you're pregnant, as long as the bleeding doesn't get worse, isn't bright red, and isn't accompanied by severe cramps.
Clomid doesn't affect tests, so that's not the issue.
Stomach pain and other symptoms can be either pregnancy symptoms or side effects of Clomid (long live fertility drugs!).
I'd still do another test first thing tomorrow morning, wait to hear from the OB/GYN, and if necessary, call them back first thing tomorrow!
Oh, and I'd stop taking your Clomid immediately. If you are pregnant, it's not good!

The gynecologist called me last night and said she thought it was better if I dropped by this morning for a blood test...
nervous... I'm waiting for the phone call...
I also haven't taken Clomid since yesterday... I didn't really feel safe about it... If it was going to be something, then it wouldn't be good.
And if it wasn't a pregnancy, then we'll just keep going
