So fun! In Icelandic, I think it means "waterfall." Skógafoss, Seljalandsfoss, and Gulfoss are beautiful waterfalls we visited during our vacation. -

I wouldn't give my kids animal names myself. But I know someone who named her son Fos, and it really suits him. It's just not my taste. -
