Didn't give Vitame D

I feel like such a bad mom right now My daughter is 8 weeks old now and she hasn't received enough vitamins all this time. I had so much on my mind during the postpartum week and I did talk to the midwife about needing to stop breastfeeding due to vitamins. I also gave her drops then, but breastfeeding didn't work out because of infections, and when we switched to bottle feeding, we also stopped the drops because I understood that you could stop them when switching to bottles. Now I just found out that you can stop K but you still need to give D.
So she hasn't received vitamin D all this time Does anyone know how bad this is for her? I feel so guilty

Our oldest daughter is 4 years old. With her, you had to give extra vitamin D when they switched to 3 feeds a day. Now with the youngest, it's indeed from the start. The guidelines keep changing. You really don't need to worry, it's not bad at all and your child won't have any long-term effects from it.
