Help, a boy's name!

Hi everyone!

We're expecting our second child. We already have a son, J.orrit. We've got a girl's name sorted, but finding a boy's name is really tough!
Right now, these are on our list:

Jasper
Jarno
Richard
Remco

With these names, I just don't feel like it's quite right. I personally think names like Timo and Thomas are really nice, but my husband doesn't. And I'm wondering if it's actually a good idea to pick another name starting with J again.

So we're looking for a name that fits with J.orrit and is somewhat in the style of the names above. Does anyone have suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Jarno is nice..I don't feel as much for the other 3..
I also think Jarne is nice.
Or Jens. .my son is named that
    Good luck!

    I like Thomas.
What I find nice is that all the names on your list have two syllables...
Personally, I think that's nicer than very short or very long names...

    Jesper instead of Jasper

    Jesper indeed.
I also think Xander or Sander fit well.

My nephew's name is Tomas without the h. I really like that spelling.

Totally agree, Tomas without the "h" is indeed also really nice!

We thought we had it figured out for a boy, but now we're doubting again. The current list:

    Marnick
    Jesper/ Yesper
    Remon
    Marc
    Sander

So it has to fit with J.orrit. And I'm still wondering if a J is a good idea since then 3 out of 4 family members would start with a J.

Once again, please share your thoughts! Thanks in advance

I think Remon is the prettiest, and Sander is in second place.

Good luck, hopefully you'll find a name soon.

    Greetings

Out of your first list, I like Richard the best, and from your second one, Marnick... I'd change it to Marnix... I like that better

    Marnix
    Maurits
    Arthur
    Tobias
    Laurens
    Karsten

I see that Xander was already mentioned. I think Fedor (it's Russian) fits nicely too.

Jorrit was on our list too, but it ended up being Jelte. I also like Jesper, or Jurre. We kept coming back to names with J

Double J can work perfectly. I actually think it's quite nice. So if you want a name with a J, go for it!
