2 months overdue with the pill?

Hi ladies, I’ve been on the same pill for 5 years and have never been late... I take it correctly, but last month I only had one day of light spotting (more old blood). I did a test and it was negative, so I started a new pack. This month my period hasn’t come either... What could this be? I’m getting all sorts of symptoms like tender breasts, nausea, fatigue, headaches, and diarrhea (sorry for the details). I also have cramps in my stomach all day long. I’ll wait until Wednesday and then make an appointment with my gynecologist. Has anyone here experienced this?
