Liam, Sepp or Zeph.. And do you pronounce Zeph as Zef or Zep?

We’re expecting a son,
Now we’re not quite sure about the name.
Liam is an option and Sepp, but we also like Zeph.
It looks really cool written that way.. Now we just don’t know if it’s pronounced Zef or Zep when written like this?
