well, yes or no, a dash???

Hi ladies, this is my 2nd round for a 2nd baby.
On May 25th I was 6 days late. Did a test in the morning from kv 2 for 5 and a very faint line was visible... was quite happy.
That day we went on holiday to the dunes and while setting up the tent (sorry for the dirty talk) I felt it flowing and yep, bright blood. And this came and went in terms of bleeding. On May 27th did another test and it showed a faint line again and that was from Action. Meanwhile called the GP and I can only come in on Tuesday. But my nausea persists and my belly is growing too and now I don't know anymore...... anyone with experiences like this?
Waited a few days for a new test
