Yeah, I have experience with that, but I still don't know to this day why it happened that way..
I had a double ovulation (I know this because I was tracking with the MMM method back then) and I also bled for about 1.5 to 2 days after. I thought it was ovulation bleeding, and it turned out to be.. And then I didn't get my period anymore.. Something just went wrong in there, but I wasn't pregnant; the tests stayed negative, just like yours.
Unfortunately, I don't know what you should do now. It could also just be related to coming off the pill.
