What do you think of the name Yuri for a girl?

I'm pregnant (we don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet), but we're wondering what most people think of the name Yuri. How does it sound to others, and isn't it too strongly associated with a boy's name?

It depends on how it's pronounced, I think. If you say it as Juurie, I think the name works fine for a girl. If it becomes joerie, then it does sound like a boy's name

I know a boy named Yuri (spelled that way, pronounced "joerie"
.
Seems like a pain to have to explain every time how to pronounce it (if you say "juurie".
I'd probably go with Juri instead! Looks a bit more feminine to me -
