Hi,
Monday I felt my ovulation (despite the pill?)
I forgot the pill once and took it irregularly throughout the day.
I ovulated around day 16 of my cycle and I'm now on day 18.
Last night I had huge stabbing pains in my groin, vagina, and lower left abdomen.
Extremely bloated and a fairly hard stomach.
When I walk a bit, that stabbing pain in the lower left returns and lasts for a while.
Also occasional itching on the stomach, headaches, feeling sick, extreme fatigue, gas, strong-smelling urine, and discharge (which is light yellow?) and some kind of white clumps in the urine (sorry for the details but I have no idea what this is).

When I read your symptoms, it sounds a lot like a yeast infection or a bladder infection rather than pregnancy. I’d get tested for those first, since they can definitely cause a hard, bloated belly and make you feel pretty sick. Good luck! -

I don't think it's a bladder infection since I don't have any other issues with urination.
A yeast infection might be possible, but I'm not exactly sure what symptoms that involves.
I've been pregnant before (unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage) and I had these symptoms (among others) back then too.
So I'm wondering if it's not a pregnancy after all.
