Hi. I have an app on my phone, and according to it, I'm one day before ovulation. Do I still have a chance of getting pregnant?

You have up to 24 hours after ovulation to conceive; the day before ovulation is when you're most fertile. -

According to that same calendar, March 17 was my most fertile day, March 18 we got lucky, and today, March 19, apparently ovulation. So I guess I can assume it could end up positive. -

And can I wear exciting clothes during that period, or does it not matter what clothes you wear?
