Hi Joyy, don't forget you have to measure your temperature the old-fashioned way, not before getting up, but you're not allowed to get up at all. You need to be able to measure your temperature straight from your butt while still in bed. xx

Hi, it can take about 6 months for your cycle to regulate...

It varies from person to person... If you were taking the pill because you had irregular periods, then there's a good chance you'll be irregular again...

You can't really have a cycle without ovulation... which means your cycle will be longer... You only have one ovulation per cycle.
It's quite possible that your cycle is longer than you think...

Maybe it's a good idea to have your hormone levels checked by the doctor...

Besides that, don't focus too hard on the thought of getting pregnant, it can cause subconscious stress... And as you know, stress is the biggest contraceptive there is...

Make peace with your body, enjoy, and you'll see that nature will take care of the rest!

    Cheers

Hello guest: If you have a nice 30-day cycle, there’s usually ovulation, you know.
Cycles without ovulation are often shorter, around 25 days, and the temperature stays stable on one line, showing no rise or drop.

It almost never happens with 30-day cycles.

I’ve guided some ladies (see profile), and you can find more info there about what I’ve discovered, since typing everything out here would be quite a lot.

Good luck with getting pregnant, but from what you’re saying, you seem to have ideal cycles.
