starting on the potty

Hi, good evening!

At what age did you start giving your baby a jar of food?
And how did you handle it?
(I have no experience with this at all)

Thanks in advance.
Greetings, Cynthia

We started with the oldest at 2.5 (in the summer), and within a week, our oldest was potty trained (for peeing). The youngest (now almost 2.5) does go on the potty on her own, but not very consistently, and she doesn't stay dry between pees either. Once it gets warmer, I want to get more serious with the potty, but for now, everything is a bonus .

In my opinion, it only makes sense to start with the potty when they realize on their own that they need to pee or are in the process of peeing. Once they show that, the first step is taken. Good luck!

Iza, that's so nice that the oldest one went potty so quickly. I think summer definitely helped too. The youngest seems to have a head start already. Maybe it's already time to really try, without any pressure. If he goes to the potty on his own, it usually works out naturally. Good luck with the rest.
