6 days past ovulation

KimmyLynn
Hey ladies!
In another forum, it was noticed that many women experience symptoms.
I felt normal as usual, so I had already given up hope.

Last night, I slept restlessly and had aching menstrual pain in my belly and back (this usually happens 1-2 days before my period, but it's not until Feb 8).
And suddenly in the night, I had a strong cramp/needle-like pain in my belly—it's hard to describe, felt like it went from the vagina to the belly area... Something like that.

Could this mean I'll get my period earlier than expected?

It can be an early ovulation.
You often only notice that when you get your period again.
If that was a short cycle, then you had an early ovulation.

It was 8 days before my due date.
It was probably an implantation. I tested positive this morning, hihi.

Congratulations KimmyLynn!!! Super cute.. which 'round' are you in?

Thank you! This was my first round. Still quite exciting, I don't quite believe it myself yet.

Wow, that's so exciting!! I'm in my first round now too. Just ovulated and my expected period is on February 26th. I did lose some blood today after ovulation. Not sure if that's a bad sign...

    Hi KimmyLynn,
How are you doing? Do you feel okay?
    Love, Muus

    Hey muus!
Yeah it's going super well, but the wait for the first ultrasound does take a while.

    How are you doing?
You sometimes hear that a little bit of bleeding after ovulation can be implantation.
Exciting, are you still keeping your patience?

    Hi!
I had some cramps in my vagina/uterus yesterday. Since yesterday I've been feeling nauseous, my breasts have been sore, and today I lost a bit of brown blood. I also slept really badly last night. I'm constantly afraid that I'm imagining things, but I have a strong feeling it's a hit! My period is due around the 25th.. Maybe a bit earlier.. Just waiting, although that's super tough! I can imagine that waiting for the first ultrasound takes a long time

    Muus is exciting!
Well, I also had a strong suspicion
And had those strange twinges towards my vagina or something, very vague
And bad sleep, tossing and turning, and lots of dreams. I still don't even remember what it was all about sometimes.
Hope those symptoms are positive for you too.

I know all about bad sleep. I was also nauseous for 2 days around the possible implantation, and had sore breasts. But that's all much less now. Just a nagging feeling in my uterus like my period is coming, but less intense. Maybe it's all in my head.. pff waiting is such a long time I did the math again and I think I ovulated around the 10th, so my period would be on the 24th instead of the 25th. Maybe test this weekend.. 5 more days to wait...

I find waiting really annoying, haha. Well, I was sick/nauseous for 3 days before my expected period. Then nothing at all, except sore breasts. My tests only became faint after my period started. Before and on the day of my expected period, there was really just a faint line.

Waiting is definitely not my strong suit. I do have burning eyes and I’m sweating like crazy under my armpits (sorry, kinda gross info) and I keep having to burp (also gross info). But I keep reminding myself that it could just be a false alarm.

Well well, NOD is almost here.
    How are you feeling now?
And have you secretly already tested it?
  16. KimmyLynn started this #17

Aww, that's so frustrating. It's really tough when your body makes you feel so unsure.
I also hope your cycle stays long this time and that you get a positive test this round!!

Hi KimmyLynn! I have a question for you; you mentioned this was your first round. On which day did you guys "try"? And what were your symptoms exactly? On which days did you get a positive test?

We're also trying for the first time now. My ovulation was on the 24th, and we tried that evening. For a few days now, I've had light period-like cramps and a nervous feeling. My period is due on January 7th.

Thanks in advance, and sorry for all the questions.

    Greetings,
    Bernadett

Hi! We're on our 5th round now. I always feel happy when I ovulate. Today, 8 days past ovulation, I've been having lower abdominal pain. It's nagging. Am I going to get my period too early? Or maybe I'm pregnant after all? The wait between ovulation and your period is really long and annoying. I've also been feeling very dizzy in bed for the past 3 nights, and nauseous when I wake up. Really unpleasant. So now I just have to wait. Greetings!

I'm going through yet another round myself after a miscarriage, adhesions, and hormones that just wouldn't kick in.
You're looking for symptoms, I know, but I swear by my first round—I felt ovulation and implantation (well, in hindsight), and the test was positive 4 days before my expected period.
Now, I've had brown discharge for 7 days before my expected period, which is 9 days after ovulation. I'm exhausted, dead tired, have a headache—but that's normal every cycle since I got the IUD removed. The only thing is, I'm getting these little stabbing sensations in my vagina—not very painful, but still a bit prickly. I'm hoping that brown discharge + these little twinges mean something
