Hi there,
My name is Stefanie, I'm 24 years old, and a mom to 3 beautiful kids: a 6-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son.
2 to take care of, 3 to love.
On September 26, 2013, I gave birth to a beautiful boy, Elijah.
I was 41 weeks pregnant, everything was ready, but unfortunately, my little boy passed away in my womb. He is now a beautiful little star in heaven shining on us.
There was no cause; my little boy and I were both healthy.
Now I'm 7 weeks pregnant, but I live with the fear that it will happen again.
Which moms have also experienced something like this and got pregnant again, and how did the pregnancy and birth go?

Hi hi,
I haven't experienced this myself, luckily, but I wanted to share my condolences. It's just awful to lose a baby you already love so much and have been looking forward to. And that too, when you were already 41 weeks pregnant and the baby was fully grown... pff. I don't know how to cope with that. Respect...
And at the same time, of course, heartfelt congratulations on your new pregnancy. I hope everything goes well after such a terrible experience and that you can enjoy it in the end.
I also gave birth to a second beautiful son in September. -

Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I'm so sorry you had to lose a baby.
I do want to tell you that you can ask your midwife if you don't go into labor too early, can they induce labor earlier? That's probably better for your mental well-being.
So you definitely don't have to go overdue and be in stress!

Thank you so much! We're also really happy that we're expecting again.
I'm being closely monitored with extra ultrasounds and will be induced at 37 weeks, so fingers crossed that everything goes well this time.
