Liv is quite popular right now... just check out the most popular names from recent years. If you want to keep it a bit more original, I'd go with Lia. But Liv is also beautiful. -

Liv I think is really beautiful! But it's super popular right now. Here in the area, there were 6 girls named Liv last year. Our daughter is called Livia. Nickname Lieve. -
