What do you think of the name Noe with dots on the e or a comma.. For a girl

    Noe I would pronounce as it's written, so just Noe, and the other name as Noowee. I don't think either name is very beautiful actually, Noë nowi is nicer

    Honestly, this isn't really my taste, but I'd go with the pronunciation of noowee.
