Can you be pregnant with your second without noticing any symptoms beforehand?

Ladies, can you be pregnant with your second without noticing anything beforehand? I've been trying for a second baby this month, and I'm supposed to get my period on Wednesday. But I'm now afraid it didn't work out because I don't have any symptoms right now. With my first pregnancy, I noticed symptoms 3 days before my expected period, so I'm worried that I'll just get my period on Wednesday. What do you think? Can you feel your pregnancy well with a second one, have no early symptoms, and still be pregnant?
