Can an ovulation test be positive for 3 days?

Ladies, I had a positive ovulation test on Friday, didn't test again on Saturday, but tested on Sunday to see if it was still positive, and yes, it was very dark positive. Then I tested again on Tuesday just to be sure, and it was negative. Now my question is, is it possible that those 3 days of positive results mean my ovulation happened exactly during that time?
