Hi everyone!

I'm now 30 weeks pregnant with our first baby, and we still haven't picked a name.

We're looking for a nice boy's name and have a list of favorites. I'd love to hear your thoughts on them because discussing it with family and friends isn't very fun since we want to keep the name a secret.

Here's our list:
- Twan
- Ivar
- Ivan
- Lars
- Sebastiaan
- Rutger

As you can see, they're quite different names, combining my husband's and my favorites.

Looking forward to your opinions!

I think Sjules is nice, or Magnus. Quentin pronounced as Quentin or Juan is also very nice, like Don Juan, ha ha ha, beautiful, right? What do you think of these names? Greetings, Marion

Gwendyn I find beautiful, but I would write it differently: Quintin. But in your way, it's original.

My preference right now is also Rutger, but I always think of Rutger Hauewer....

I think Twan is the nicest out of the bunch, and what do you think of, for example, Samuel or Deven? Greetings, Annemieke

I think the name Iven sounds better than Ivan. By the way, it's pronounced as "ivun". Greetings, Irene

    Lars

I think Twan is the most beautiful from the bunch, and at least it can't be abbreviated later on because I always think abbreviations of names are such a pity. Twan is nice, short and powerful, and also cool for later when he's grown up. It sounds nice and smooth. I'd definitely go for Twan. My twins are 2 boys who are named Alex and Clen. By the way, Clen is a French boy's name. Greetings, Charlotte

btw, you pronounce "clen" with a k sound. you write a c but pronounce it as a k. greetings, sharlotte

I think Twan is also the most beautiful, but what do you think of Mathijs or Theimen? My sons are Nick and Pepijn.

    Lars is nice.

    Rutger would go for K.
Twan, I don’t think is a beautiful name, it’s so boring.
