Here I’m sharing a few thoughts on your situation based on my own experience.

I usually have a cycle of around 30 days. But when I go on vacation to a different climate, my cycle gets longer. For example, last year after the holiday it was 39 days, and this year it was 35 days. Maybe you were also on vacation in September? Or maybe something else happened that could have affected your cycle.

I think you’d get a positive test if you got pregnant during that cycle. If you’re still unsure, you can take another test.

The bleeding you describe could indeed be implantation bleeding. By the way, I also had NFP on December 19 I’m now really looking out for any symptoms in my body, but unfortunately nothing yet
