11 days overdue, test negative

Hi everyone,
I'm now 11 days overdue and the two tests I've done are both negative. I'm getting a bit impatient and don't know what else I can or should do. Last week I did have some brownish mucus, but it was very little...

Does anyone recognize this or have tips?

    Hi!

    If you were really 11 days overdue, you'd be testing positive by now if you were pregnant.
    Unfortunately, almost no cycle is the same and ovulation could have been later.
    It's also possible that you didn't have a (good) ovulation this month. This can also prolong your cycle..
    I don't know if you just stopped the pill, but then you can't really talk about being overdue anyway, because after stopping the pill your cycle can fluctuate a lot.

    There's nothing more you can do but wait! Good luck..

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply. Yes, I was going to take a test on Monday and otherwise call the doctor. I haven't stopped taking the pill... I had my last pill on Friday two weeks ago and normally I'd get my period on Tuesday/Wednesday, but that hasn't happened yet.

    I'm also 11 days late now. I got a clear positive ovulation test on October 8th. That means I probably ovulated about three weeks ago. Yesterday morning I did several tests, and they all came back negative. I've always had a regular cycle of 25 days. Never been on the pill.
