A positive test??

Hi girls!
I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm Ilse, 21 years old, and I stopped the pill in July.
This is round 4.
Round 1: 37 days
Round 2: 33 days
Round 3: 35 days
And today I'm on day 36 of my cycle.
I had a lot of mucus 17 days ago, so I'm pretty sure that's when I ovulated.
I took a test this afternoon and threw it in the trash because I thought it was negative.
But 2 hours later I remembered I should wait 5 minutes, so I looked again and saw a line.
I tested again just now and after about 7/10 minutes, another line appeared.
I've never had an evaporation line on any of my tests (I do at least 2 every month), and there's one from last week in the trash that has no line, while these two do.
Is that a coincidence, or do you think I'm pregnant?
I've been thinking for 2 weeks now 'yes, this month it's a hit'

Sounds so relatable! I'm experiencing the exact same thing right now. I'd say if it's coloring, it's not a faint line because a faint line is usually white. And if it's light-colored, it reacts to hCG; otherwise, I don't think it can ever color. Greetings, Marloes -

Sorry for the quick typing, a bit sloppy with the mobile. I mean, a test only changes color if it reacts to the hcg pregnancy hormone, so a faint line should be white. So I think it's positive. Greetings, Marloes. -

Ilse, congratulations! If the test changes color and doesn't stay white, it's likely a positive result for hCG. I understand you're doubting it, that's very normal in the early stages. Wait until your period actually misses for a confirming test, or contact your GP for a blood test. Good luck!
