Ladies, do you know that the pill can make you extra fertile right after stopping?

Ladies, I have a question. It's a weird question, maybe, but I'm really wondering about it. I'm wondering: if you suddenly stop the pill and your withdrawal bleed isn't over yet, are you then extra fertile? Because ovulation is suppressed while on the pill, so I thought maybe the eggs might suddenly "fall" (ovulate) because they were suppressed for so long. And also, since you don't have a real cycle, is your ovulation not shifted? I thought maybe someone knows the answer. Greetings, Lindsey
