just a quick question ladies do you trust the rhythm method

I was wondering if it works if I don't have sex on my fertile days. I have 2 little girls, aged 3 and almost 5. For now, I don't want a third child, but I don't want to take the pill either; I find that so unnatural. So I thought it would be reliable to just make sure I only have sex on my non-fertile days. What do you all think about that?

    I'd say if you really don't want to get pregnant and don't want to take the pill, at least use a condom. Periodic abstinence isn't reliable; otherwise, I guess they wouldn't have invented the pill.
