help! feeding schedule for a 9-week-old baby

Hi everyone,
I feel like I'm struggling a bit with my (almost) 9-week-old son's feeding schedule. He weighs about 4.8 kg (2800 at birth).
If I give him 90+3, he comes for a feed every 2 to 3 hours. He often cries after the bottle too. If I give him 120+4, he comes every 3 to 4 hours. This also means at night. I'm wondering if I can adjust the feeds to help him sleep longer at night?
I'm thinking of things like:
- Giving more during the day and hoping he drinks his last bottle around 11pm/12am
- Making the 11pm/12am bottle bigger in hopes that he'll sleep a bit longer
I'd love to hear how you've done this and how you know when you can go to fewer bottles?

Oh sorry for the typos, I'm typing this on my phone...

    Hi girl...

It always remains tricky... I also had some messing around at the beginning... one person says this, the other says that. At some point you just don't know anymore!! I think you, as a mother, know best and should just try it out! At some point you'll see that the schedule you currently have no longer works. I'd just try giving him 120ml during the day too and see how that goes! Also, adding an extra scoop of formula to the last bottle sometimes helps.
It's hard to give advice for another baby! Every baby is different... Follow your gut instinct...
    Good luck!

    Love, Lynn

Maybe 5*150 for example at 7, 11, 15, 18 and 22 o'clock. Tip: last bottle with a teaspoon of rice flour ;-) Our little boy started sleeping through the night at 9 weeks, now he's 5 months old.

    Hi!
My 7-week-old son has been getting 150-5 during the day for the past 1.5 weeks, and his last bottle is around 23:00 with 180-6, after which he sleeps for an average of 7 hours.
I definitely noticed that he really needed more at night.

But how many 150-5 feeds did you give him then?
Because my little boy is still a bit on the small side, I don't dare give him too much. He's just 5 kilos now...

He gets 4 bottles of 150-5 and 1 bottle of 180-6.
When I started with that, he also weighed just 4 kilos. But you can tell by trying whether he can handle it and needs it.
