Your body can also make you feel pregnant and really trick you!! Pseudocyesis, as they say, and it can also be in your head, so maybe do a test anyway...

    What kind of test did they do? Urine test or blood test?

    If it was a urine test, I'd say test yourself again..
    If it was a blood test, I think it's not the case. Because that's always more reliable!

    You can also be a false pregnancy like DCB said. The "what if yes/what if no"-stress can prolong your cycle and delay your period!
