Hey..
I’ve asked for some help.
I’ve been having a lot of vaginal discharge, but it’s different from normal.. It’s much more, chunky, and it smells sweet..?
What does this mean?

    When it smells sweet and is chunky, it could be amniotic fluid. How far along are you now? I’d go to your midwife/gynecologist just to be sure. If it’s not amniotic fluid, you might have a yeast infection that needs treatment.

    That's the problem..
    I'm not even sure if I'm pregnant. I should be getting my period this week, so I'll see soon. I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but I keep doubting.

    More discharge can also be due to hormonal fluctuations..
    I've had this throughout the whole pregnancy, you don't want to make a big deal out of it, but you could be pregnant.

    Yeah, I don’t dare to hope too much, but sometimes I suddenly get this really strong feeling that we’re going to have a baby. It would be so lovely.. Not planned (I take the pill but I’ve forgotten it quite often last month) but the baby would be welcome with open arms.
    And all those symptoms.. I wouldn’t know what else it could be, but we’ll have to wait until next week. If I’m overdue it’s almost certainly it.
    My belly is also quite swollen and I sometimes have pain in my lower abdomen and groin. And I often smell or taste things differently, I’m much hungrier but feel like eating different things, and sometimes suddenly feel nauseous.
    So it does seem like it.
