Hi! I've been taking the pill at different times each day for over a week. Sometimes there was more than 16 hours between doses. Does this increase the chance of pregnancy?

No, it's not like if you miss one day of the pill or take it irregularly that you'll get pregnant... The chance is really small. The stuff is still in your body.. Are you late on your period?

    Love, sweetheart

No, I'm not overdue, but I'm experiencing a lot of weird feelings and symptoms. I feel different than usual...

Maybe because you're feeling unsure or scared about it, or if you really want something to happen, your feelings can work against you..

Let me know how things go for you?

I don't quite agree.. They say you should take it at regular times for a reason..

I didn't take it very regularly either, sometimes more than an hour difference, and I even set an alarm for it..
And still, I got pregnant twice while on the pill.
You don't know how much of the active ingredient is absorbed each time; it varies because your metabolism is sometimes faster than other times.

Well, I just don't know. I only know that some weird things are happening... It's really strange. But anyway, I'll see how it goes. I guess we just have to be patient.

Dromertje87.. in principle, the same pill doesn't work for everyone or every body. Some are stronger than others.. and if you have the flu or a cold, the pill isn't reliable either. .. so there's a lot more going on than just taking it regularly...

Lisa, have you been tested at all?

No, not yet. This can only happen in 2 or 3 weeks..

That's true, sweetheart, but regular swallowing is something you can control yourself, and the rest is out of your hands. So why would you neglect something that's within your control?
