At first, the baby isn't connected to you yet. So you can eat whatever you want as long as you're not pregnant and don't know you're pregnant. It's only around the 9th week that the umbilical cord starts doing its job. You can have up to 15 grams of liver per day when you're pregnant. Smear sausage only contains a small percentage of it. Sometimes eating a smear sausage sandwich really won't do any harm and won't have any effect on fertility.
Live as you did before you wanted to get pregnant and let nature take its course. Assuming you didn't drink excessively or anything like that, of course, hehe.
