Costs after childbirth

In my case, it's a bit of a luxury, because my employer pays part of my hospitalization insurance, and that costs over 60€
Then there's also life insurance, but I don't remember the details anymore, yeah it's all expensive! When I got the bill for the birth, I was shocked! I said to my husband, thank god we have that insurance because wow, it costs a lot. Then I wonder how people manage without insurance! I had set that money aside, and when we got all the bills in for 1 month before and 1 month after the birth, we had to send them in, and after 3 weeks we got reimbursed! Well, it's not like I'm going to have 10 kids here!
