I think every woman who has had a baby has experienced this.
..me too, I now have a beautiful thick head of hair thanks to the hormones, and after the birth of our second little guy, I'll probably have it again too. I think it lasts about 9 months, because that's when you're starting to un-pregnant!!
I don't know what you can do about it..

I had it really bad in the beginning of my pregnancy, truly TERRIBLE! I really thought I'd go bald. Now it's been much better for the past 2 weeks and I'm 16 weeks now, although it's not the same for my pregnancy. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for when I give birth!

It does indeed take a while. In my case, it definitely took a few months before it gradually stopped and started getting thicker/fuller again.

I'm really going crazy over this. I do have quite a lot of thick hair, but it's still so annoying to lose hair everywhere, hehe. I got a jar of vitamin tablets on my GP's advice, but there's not much you can do about it. Oh well, I do have something nice in return—I had to spend some money for it. A beautiful son!

I had some hair loss last week, but I didn’t know I was pregnant yet
It did seem pretty weird, but now it’s not that bad and seems normal.

I'm also experiencing massive hair loss (my son is now 5 months old). I've been taking vitamins but don't really notice a difference yet.
My friend made a funny comment about it last week:
"You've combed all your hair in the bathroom today" (there was hair all over the floor).
Well, what do you say to that? "Yes, as always, where else? :-s"

Yeah, indeed, so you keep cleaning a lot, right?
Or if you haven't done anything, you can vacuum every day, grrr.
