Thank you, Felicia! I didn't know any of this. I think after hearing this, I'll just wait until 8 months to get my baby vaccinated. Good to know! I'm glad I heard this earlier. Thanks for sharing!

I just wanted to let you know that after reading this, we’ve also decided not to give our baby any shots until she’s one. It feels good; she’s much happier. I will still go to the health center, but only for her development. With my first child, we didn’t do that, and let me tell you, after the injections, he suddenly started sleeping poorly and got terrible itching all over his body. That never went away. No way!

If I had known then what I know now, I would have done the same with the first one. I recently read a whole article about how it's not really that great to give shots so close together, and with just 2 months in between. I read somewhere on a forum that someone said, "I grew up with this," but no, really, they didn't give shots so close together back in the day. There used to be longer gaps between them. This is something that's only happened in the last few years with the cocktail shots. Thank you, Felicia, for sharing this with us. I was also thinking about writing about this a while back, and now you came up with it. Very nice. Love, Siska.
