Boys' name: Mack or Robin

Hi everyone, we're torn between the names Mack and Robin. Which do you think sounds better? Does Mack sound weird?

    Tastes differ!! I personally don't find Mack.. but maybe someone else does

    I think Mack is a really nice name, but it also depends on what last name comes after it...

    Thanks for your replies. A name is indeed something personal, but you also don't want your child to be teased because of it.

    If you name your kid Mack, you'll have the obligation your whole life to make sure your kid doesn't get fat, because you'll be to blame for all the Big Mac jokes made at your child's expense.

    I don't like Mack either. I think Robin is a nice name, but I already know a lot of guys/men named Robin.

    I don't exactly think Mack is a beautiful name either, but it's of course more personal. I'm generally more into "normal" names, like Thijs, Lars, Finn, Maik, Sem... When I hear Mack, I really think of McDonald's... Njaa, maybe you guys derived it from that, since you're fans of it... Jaaa, you never know.. But I'd rather go with Robin.
