her hair loss after pregnancy

It's completely normal. Some women experience this during pregnancy, but it usually happens after pregnancy. There's nothing you can do about it, and it will stop on its own.

I had that too, I thought I was going to go bald, luckily I have a good thick head of hair
I took a course of vitamins, started a bit late but it does help, I don't know if you're from the Netherlands, if so do they have the same vitamins as here in Belgium, but here doctors recommend Omnivit. It's also good for nails.
I took a lot of this years ago (for my nails and it helps too)
    Greetings

I’ve heard that zinc tablets help. I don’t use them because they say your hair growth comes back after pregnancy or breastfeeding.

It's indeed completely normal.. during your pregnancy you hold onto more hair, which is why you get a fuller head of hair and it grows faster..

After a few months, you'll notice it becomes less.

With my second, I'm experiencing even worse hair loss than with the first. And my hair is seriously getting thinner. I also saw some vitamins for skin, hair, and nails somewhere. Who knows, it might help!!
