Can't make a choice!

Hi everyone!

It's probably the most common question, but we just can't make a choice for the girl's name... We don't know the gender yet, so we need to have two names ready anyway. The boy's name has been set for quite a while, and the girl's name was pretty much decided too, but I've had second thoughts about that... It was quite a long name (Charlotte), and the last name is already fairly long too.

I found two alternatives: Gitte or Becca. We're at a loss. I personally think Becca is prettier, but my boyfriend says you can make a lot of "mocking" nicknames out of it...

What do you all think? We still have some time, I'm 25 weeks pregnant now, but you never know if the little sprout plans to come early :-)

    Charlotte, nothing wrong with that.
    Or maybe Brigitte?

    I personally like short names.

    Charlotte is such a beautiful name, and it's often shortened to Lotte or Lotje, but Becca sounds lovely too! Good luck and just go with your gut!

    I like Charlotte, it sounds classic too, and I think a long last name actually works well!

    Like Charlotte van Huizen or Charlotte van de Rooden.

    Doesn't sound bad at all, right!?

    If we had had a girl... she would have been called Anna-Liza. We're having a boy in 6 weeks & his name is already set... a beautiful name that you hardly ever hear!!

    I think Charlotte is the most beautiful name. Gitte and Becca, I personally don't find very appealing.

    What do you think of Lotte? It's not as long, and the machine fits well with your last name.
