how many birth announcements to have made

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask how many birth announcement cards people usually make on average.
Do you also include family members you hardly ever see?
And who do you send them to by post?

    We only send it to family, friends, and acquaintances you’d normally see, unless it’s distant family, but that’s up to each person...

    If I were you, I'd make a list with names and addresses and see how many there are..
    Then add 10 extra for any acquaintances or friends you might have forgotten..

    Yeah, definitely, making a list seems like the most practical idea. Now my mom wants to give out 10 cards each to her coworkers and to family members I never see. I find that a personal waste... We were thinking around 100 total, that should be enough, right?

    I've made a list of everyone and everything, and it comes out to 65. So I was thinking of having around 75 to 80 printed.

    Perfect, so if you end up having 1, 2, or 3, you forgot that you can still send one more.. Everything else is good in your pregnancy..

    Yes, everything is going perfectly. Tuesday is my 20-week ultrasound, and hopefully, we'll find out the gender then. A bit bothered by the heat though. But it's a big one! ;-)
