CAN I STILL BE PREGNANT?

About 5 days before my expected period, I started experiencing period-like pain and groin pain (I’ve never had PMS before). Today I finally got some bleeding, but everything feels different than usual. I suddenly have lower back pain, and the groin pain just won’t go away. Could this still be a pregnancy?

    There could always be implantation bleeding, but keep in mind that it might just be a regular period..

    I didn't have any issues before either, but since the miscarriage I had, I've been experiencing heavy PMS every month.
