    MavanMi

    Exactly

    But once you've given birth, do you just keep going??

    @Lentia29,

    I've been getting tattoos my whole life, but yeah, I see them as tiger stripes that stand for strength and protection of my little cub

    Love, Ju or well mavanmi

    I think that's really beautifully said, MavanMi I hadn't looked at it that way before. It has such a positive spin to it

    But I was wondering, once you've given birth, can you just keep applying it? And since your skin is looser on your belly after pregnancy, what cream would be best?

    @Lenita,

    I often use Karnemelkmeisje, which is a product from the Action, I think it's super good..
    But there are also creams from Bio oil but those are a lot more expensive..
    But when I look at you, I think you'll be back in your pre-baby shape in no time , last week someone even asked me when the little one was coming even though I had already given birth. I have a belly and I look like I'm 5 months pregnant..
    I don't exercise and I just eat normally but also quite a bit of treats...
    Before the pregnancy I was already a bit chubby but now I feel more like a tigress with a cub hihihi.. I will start exercising again but I really don't feel like it, I've lost some motivation.. But yeah, a lot has happened in the past year..

    Btw I don't want to dwell on that, I just need to watch my diet and change my lifestyle, no more eating nice ice cream and yes, I really need to give myself a kick in the butt..
    Oh, I'm drifting off sorry.....hihihi...

    Well, see if you can use Karnemelkmeisje....

    Love and talk soon.

    haha well I've really gained quite a few kilos... from 36 to 40.. (I also quit smoking right away) So I still have some weight to lose.

    I'll try those from Action sometimes. I'm currently using Mama cream from Etos and Garnier.

    I don't exercise either... I should start doing that soon. And I'm paying much more attention to what I eat now. (except that I'm now addicted to ice lollies)

    Yes, and drinking lots of water, mostly water, is also good for the skin. But I'm not really the type to drink water all day long. So I should probably do that more.

    But you are who you are... that's what I always say.... Everyone is beautiful in their own way

    @Lenita,

    Oh right, I forgot to mention I also quit smoking... Still not smoking btw.
    So those extra pounds are also there.
    Yeah, from size 40 to very big size 46... I used to be size 52.. ughhh..

    I can't find my drive right now, I used to be really into sports..
    About 10 hours a week of LessMills classes...
    Now nothing at all...

    I think you look really beautiful pregnant though..

    Soon you'll be able to hold your little wonder, do you already know what it's going to be??

    Love

    I hope it's soon... yes, it's going to be a girl I really wanted that too.....

    Yeah, I should really start exercising... But I have to admit that I'm sometimes quite lazy And I really don't want to start smoking again anytime soon....

    But I always have a little belly... Oh well, it'll be fine!!! For now, I'll keep smearing every day Because I feel like my skin gets much drier during pregnancy. Do you guys feel that too?
  10. * #30

    @Lenita,

    Hormones, yes, indeed. It's nice being a woman and cuddling a little girl...
    I have 3 boys too, also nice......

    Love and a very good weekend...
    Soon you'll have her in your arms....
    I'll see the name, I think, when your daughter is born.....
