grow-through chair or simple high chair

Hi,

Our girl is 6 months old now, so we’re slowly starting to look for a high chair for the table. I always thought I’d buy a convertible chair, but now I keep seeing lots of photos on Facebook of simple IKEA high chairs. What did you all buy, and what’s actually the most practical option right now?

    Hi ladies,
    we also have a growing chair here
    We chose one from Chicco. It’s the kind where the seat isn’t made of fabric or plain wood. The backrest and seat are in faux leather, so it’s super easy to clean! And it’s really sturdy. Our girl is 6 months old now and has been sitting in it since she was 5 months old The straps are also very easy to clip.

    First an IKEA chair for a tenner, and then a high chair. We thought that was ideal.
