Pregnant with a hernia

I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my third child.
After my second pregnancy, I developed an umbilical hernia.
Now, with my big belly, I really have a bulge on my stomach below my navel. It's a bit tender but not really painful. I'm a bit scared about the delivery, especially the pushing. Who has experience with this? So, pregnancy and delivery with an umbilical hernia?

I have my own pregnancy massage practice and once had a client who had this. Her physio basically taped her skin together with special tape, so there wasn't as much pressure on the hernia/skin. Maybe an idea?
