temperature fluctuation

I was wondering if you're pregnant, does your temperature stay above 37 or can it also drop below 37? Because mine fluctuates a bit. I had 37.4 the day before yesterday, 37.7 yesterday, and today I have 37. It's quite confusing with the temperature method. But I read on different forums that it's quite confusing. Because actually, it's not very nice measuring your temperature. You become unsure, stressed, and you're constantly thinking about it, and there's a chance of having difficulty getting pregnant. Because they also say that if you want it too much, it won't happen. I heard from an acquaintance a while back that someone wanted a baby too much. But that didn't work out; they were trying for 6 years, and the stress grew, and their relationship was on the brink. She got therapy and learned that she had to let go. And that's what happened. After she started enjoying life again, she got pregnant. So you see that emotions play a big role too.

That can definitely play a role... stress, etc.
I’d suggest trying ovulation tests if you have a regular cycle!!

I don't have any experience with temperatures myself. Personally, I used the Billings method combined with keeping a really close eye on my cycle (especially since it was quite short), and that really worked well for me.

I really wanted to get pregnant and was constantly focused on it.

After 3 months, I was already pregnant So for me, it worked out well.
