peeing less

My son is almost 14 months old and has very little pee in his diapers. This morning he woke up almost dry and stayed completely dry until well past 11 am. He’s drinking well though. I’m worried.

    You can drop by the doctor's office for a quick check-up; they can take a look at him.

    I did that and got the reply that kids can also hold their pee??

    And if I worried that I'd have to start weighing diapers then.

    I'm just not used to this from my son. Normally in the morning, the diaper is mega full. And yesterday he barely peed too.

    A child can indeed hold their pee, but not at 14 months. If that were possible, all children would be toilet trained at that age.

    If you don't trust it, I'd just call the doctor again. As a mother, you know your child much better than someone who sees your child about twice a year.
